STOCKHOLM SYNDROME & HOW RFK JR. FORGOT HIS FATHER

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not the man his father raised him to be.He’s not the fierce voice for civil rights, for peace, for the working class, or even for science. He’s become something else entirely. Something tragic.I believe RFK Jr. suffers from Stockholm Syndrome—a kind of psychological hijacking in which the hostage bonds with their captors to survive. Only in this case, the captors are the forces of white power and authoritarianism that likely killed his father and uncle. And the hostage isn’t just Robert. It’s the entire Kennedy legacy.Remember Patty Hearst?Kidnapped. Brainwashed. Rebranded as “Tania.” Robbing banks with her radical abductors.RFK Jr. is the Patty Hearst of American politics—except instead of robbing banks, he’s helping steal our healthcare, our science, our democracy. Aiding and abetting the looting of the American mind, all while claiming he’s here to save it.He’s become the anti-Kennedy.

  • Palling around in Trump’s orbit.
  • Echoing vaccine conspiracies while cozying up to Putin’s narrative.
  • Using the Kennedy name to walk into rooms filled with people who once lit torches to keep his father’s dream out of reach.

How did we get here?

Because surrender disguised as survival is an old American tale. RFK Jr. is just the blue-blooded poster child for it. We see it in many forms:

  • When Black Americans back Trump, mistaking proximity to power for real safety.
  • When women stand beside men who legislate their bodies away.
  • When working-class whites, gutted by capitalism, choose scapegoats over solidarity.

It’s all Stockholm Syndrome.
It’s all trauma misfiring as loyalty.

But here’s the hard truth: These stories never end well.
The captors always turn on their loyal pets the moment they outlive their usefulness.

RFK Jr. thinks he’s carved a path into the new American power structure. But the MAGA movement he’s flirting with is already eating itself alive. Trumpists vs. Muskists. Billionaires vs. Bible-thumpers. Grifters vs. true believers. A civil war within the civil war.

They cannot win without destroying each other.
They cannot rule without enslaving the rest of us.
And they cannot enslave us unless we keep surrendering to them.

So let’s stop.

Let’s face the truth: RFK Jr. is not the rebel. He’s the cautionary tale.
He’s what happens when fear dresses up like freedom and calls itself family.

No one’s coming to save us—not even the son of Bobby Kennedy.

It’s up to us now.
